Ingredients needed:

  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1 lemon (for the zest and juice)
  • Boiling water

Preparation instructions:

  1. Wash the raisins thoroughly using the tablespoon of baking soda to remove impurities.
  2. Place the grapes in a container, pour boiling water over them and let them steep for 1 hour.
  3. After this rest period, drink a glass of this infused water. This beverage is excellent for strengthening the immune system, heart function, and blood vessels.
  4. Meanwhile, zest your lemon, then squeeze it to extract the juice.
  5. Drain the remaining raisins and place them in a blender.
  6. Add the lemon zest and juice to the blender, then blend until you get a smooth paste.
  7. Pour the final mixture into a glass container.
